A prototype proves an idea; production needs more. We set up CI/CD, Kubernetes or managed cloud services on AWS, infrastructure as code and observability, so the things you approve can run reliably.
The problem
Prototypes often live on one laptop or one manually configured server. Nobody is sure how to deploy them safely, how to roll back, or how to tell that something is broken before a user does.
What we deliver overnight
- A CI/CD pipeline that builds, tests and deploys one service to a test environment you provide
- Infrastructure as code for that environment (for example Terraform), reviewed and repeatable
- Basic observability: logs, health checks and a first dashboard
- A written runbook: how to deploy, roll back and check health
- A list of open decisions: environments, access, cost limits, what needs alerts
After the prototype
We extend the setup to staging and production, add secrets management, backups, alerting and security hardening, and hand over documentation your team can operate. Every production change goes through review and your approval.
